Hi,

I'm submitting our system description. As I have previously mentioned, this work has been submitted to EMNLP and is currently under review.
I wasn't sure about which style to use so I went for the standard naacl one. Let me know if I need to change it.

Thanks,
Chris

Hi,

I've submitted the description of my system into the Softconf manager.
The same work has been also submitted to EMNLP and is currently under
review. Please, let me know, if it is OK to have a system description
at the WILS workshop and then (possibly) have a more detailed
description of the same system as an EMNLP paper.

Thanks,

David

Just to confirm - we think it's fine to have a system description at
WILS and also a EMNLP paper on the same work (with a more detailed
exposition, further experiments etc).

Quick question: should we assume that all system descriptions will be presented as posters, unless you tell us otherwise?

Cheers,
Chris

Hi Chris,

That's right, all system descriptions will be posters. Here are the
details of the poster format:

1) Posters should be no larger than 48 inches wide and 36 inches high.
2) The posters will stand on a table 5–6 feet long and 18 inches deep
to allow space for a laptop, business cards, handouts, and food/drink.
One chair will also be provided at each display.

Best,
Trevor
