Gold test data released

Thanks again for your participation. We're now running the evaluation,
and will provide detailed results to you by the 23rd April. In the
meantime, I've now released the annotated test data. The open licenced
data is available directly from the web page [1], and I've instructed
Ilya at the LDC to release the En/Cz/Ar data. I hadn't heard from her
how this will be distributed - stay tuned, I'll post more information
here when I hear back.
Also, please bear in mind the tight time-frame for writing your system
description papers, which are due by the 4th May. There's very little
slack, so please don't be late. We expect that participants attend the
workshop, so please book your travel and flights.
In related news, we're currently lining up some invited speakers (2 or
3). We'll provide more details on the wiki when these are confirmed.
