Our most immediate access to the present moment is through the body,
and the body is the seat of our greatest wisdom. This workshop will
guide you, through gentle yoga, pranayama, mindfulness practice, and
mindful writing, to learn the language of the wisdom of the body. The
workshop is for beginning and experienced yoga practitioners or
writers.
Jennifer Johnson is a mindfulness-based psychotherapist, mindfulness
teacher, and writing coach. She coaches people to live mindfully, be
well, and live their creative potential. Lorrie Wagner is an eclectic
alignment based yoga teacher and yoga therapist who has been teaching
yoga since 1990.
