parents needed for strike tomorrow after show

Hello wonderful wonka parents

It has come to my attention that the school will be needing to use the stage bright and early monday morning for the opera.  We will need parent volunteers to help us "Strike" the show.  Specifically that means clear the stage and backstage area so that the opera can move in.  This will happen immediately following Saturday's matinee.  The kids have a photo shoot tomorrow, so it could happen simultaneously.

Props removed from the stage can be placed in the back of the auditorium.
Please sticky note the props that can go into the trash vs. those we should put in the dungeon for future use!
Set up microphone and speaker (randi will do this)

We could then use some parents after 12:00 noon on Monday to move said props into the dungeon. I have cleared a space in the back left hand corner.
