Final Dress Rehearsal today. (The plan)

Hi guys, 

Thanks everybody for all your hard work at rehearsals! The play is really coming together! Today we will be incorporating more elements, adding sound and lights. Adding each new element comes with it's own set of challenges, but even so I am hope we can keep things moving efficiently and on time. 

Here's the general plan:

BEFORE THE RUN, I need to see the following people/groups in this order. you'll notice I only have very short windows of time to work on things, so please be ready to roll at your time slot. Adults, if theres anything you can do help to make sure kids are in the auditorium waiting for their turn that'd be great. 

1:55 - 2:00 "I see it all on TV" (Mike, Mrs. TV, Phineous Trout 2)

2:00 - 2:10 "Golden ticket" and  "blew it!" (ooompas and all kids/parents on factory tour)

2:10 - 2:15 Oompas

2:15 - 2:20 Wonka

Run starts at 2:20 SHARP. We will run the whole thing and I'm hoping we will be done with the run thru by approximately 4:30. At 4:30 many of you will be dismissed: Golden Age of Chocolate Chorus, Squirrels, Spiders will definitely be done around 4:30. 

After that, from 4:45-5:30 we will be running rough spots.The following children should definitely expect to stick around:

Charlie, Wonka, Mr. and Mrs. Bucket, Grandparents, Augustus and Mrs. Gloop, Cooks, Phineous Trout 1 and 2, Some Oompa-Loompas. There may be other people needed, I will let you know after the run. It all depends how everything is flowing:) 

I am hoping to have rehearsal wrapped definitely by 5:30. There's a chance we will run a touch behind schedule, but I am hoping not!
