Does anyone know who these dogs belong to? They have shown up on my doorstep at around 3:30am more than once. Barking, setting my motion alarms off, getting my dog to bark back etc 

At first I thought they were lost but after more than once occasion someone appears to just let them out to roam the neighborhood alone
