Rehearsal Schedule 9/22

Good evening all,

Firstly, and most importantly, this email is a test.  You should receive two emails from me.  One is being sent like I usually do, and the other is being sent via CutTime, our personnel management program.  I need to know one of two things:

1. If you did NOT receive two emails from me by Sunday morning, please let me know

2. If you DID receive two emails from me, but are no longer participating in the band, please let me know.

3. If I get no response from you, I will assume that you received both emails and everything is good to go.

I believe that the CutTime roster is current as of this summer, but this is how I am checking.

At any rate, here is the schedule for tomorrow's rehearsal:

2:00- Warm-Up and Discussion about Fall Season

2:10- Sleepers, Wake

2:25- O Magnum Mysterium

2:40- Nightmare Before Christmas

2:55- Break

3:00- Russian Christmas Music

3:20- Greensleeves

3:35- The Polar Express

3:50- Sleigh Ride

4:00- End

Please bring your calendars to tomorrow's rehearsal, as your section rep will be passing around an attendance worksheet that will require you to note whether you plan on coming to each rehearsal this season.  It helps us so much to plan if we know you're not going to be there in advance, so please try your best to have a good idea.
