Research shows this happens when the firmware is somehow corrupt or an in-progess update gets interrupted. None of the bars are network connected, and only my notebook has the companion app installed.
Edit: finally reached Poly support. It appears the companion has been EOL since April 2022, and the new software is called "Poly Lens App". Also there seems to be free cloud management via "Poly Lens".
I am not blaming anyone but we had this happen with another software before and figured it was something in the group policy. However, it was actually on the software side because I opened a ticket and they found something in the software that prevented it from installing on computers in a domain. Maybe this is the same with this polycom software.
The one thing you will want to install manually is the free companion app for Windows and macOS, which provides a quick start wizard, camera controls and options to upgrade the firmware. It also lets you connect the Studio to a wireless network, but this doesn't enable point-to-point connections, as you might imagine: rather, it lets you manage the Studio via Poly's provisioning server - a useful feature, especially for those with multiple Poly devices to manage.
During testing, we found these features worked very well: the camera snapped sharply to whoever was speaking and zoomed back out when they stopped talking. Even when the speaker started wandering around the conference room, the Studio tracked them accurately and kept them in view with shift delays of no more than two seconds. We also like the way that, when the camera is tracking a person, the light bar above it shows whether it's focusing on the left or right side of the meeting room. If you want the camera to stay put, you can disable both group framing and speaker tracking, and use the remote handset or the companion app to control pan, tilt and zoom. Two preset buttons let you store particular views and quickly switch between them.

Line 1 is setup with Skype 4 Business with a Room account signed in. Line 2 is setup with with RealConnect. I have imported the .cfg file which includes the tenant key that is generated into my Teams-meeting invitations (since my Teams-user account was enabled for the additional polycom meeting info).
Thanks for the wonderful article
If the poly end points are registered in Cisco HCS, but need to join the teams meeting; can we achieve this requirement by configuring the Trio in hybrid mode, or do we need to have Realconnect to meet this requirement.
Is it possible to have a Trio using Generic profile sign into line 1 into a CAP Teams acct for outbound calling while lines 2 and 3 are set to zoomcrc and poly for meetings? If not what is the simplest way to register line one for outbound calling using zoom?
Poly are not incredibly helpful at the moment, and this Trio8800 support has really blown up MSFT Ilya this week in this MS thread on TechCommunity:

Polycom asked us to use a nat 1:1 (ie one public IP per private polycom device) to avoid this, and we observe some incoming connection attempt from a public IP of the polycom cloud to the external IP of our firewall.
A newer addition to the rodeo team is a 5-month-old long-haired wiener dog named Tito. While his owner, Mia, is out riding horses, Tito spends his time watching her and digging holes. Tito has a whole life ahead of him, one that will be filled with muddy feet, horse kisses and plenty of love from his two- and four-legged companions.
