Unable to add members to project

This hasn't happened before, but lately there have been long delays in some accounts getting approval. I have tried almost daily for almost 2 weeks to add an account to my project as a tagger and it keeps coming back with an error message that their account hasn't been approved. The account holder has filled out the account approval form multiple times.

Account approval requests are reviewed within 1 to 2 business days. Please provide your tagger's full name and email address, and we will confirm if they have signed up and if we have received their account approval form.

Hi Artur,

No account approval form was submitted for briglia...@gmail.com.

It appears he submitted an approval request using a different email address that had no user account. We reached out on 2/10 but didn’t receive a response.

The account approval form must be submitted for the same email used to create the account. Please remind him to submit his account approval request using the correct email address via this form: https://www.wildlifeinsights.org/account-approval.
