How to define a deployment

Hi,

Can someone advise me on the definition of a deployment?  The site says "A camera deployment refers to the setup of a camera at a location (latitude, longitude) during a specific period of time."

I have 3 cameras that have been in the same place for several months.  I created 3 deployments, one for each camera.

When I look at the Analytics Requirements, there is a requirement for a minimum of 20 deployments.  I'll never have 20 deployments unless there is some timeframe added to the deployment definition.  Should I create a new deployment for Camera #1 every week even if it's in the same location?

Help will be greatly appreciated.

Good questions.

in WI there are two key terms here, deployment and 'place name'.  The place is the location, the lat/long. If you put a camera there for one month that is one deployment.  If you swap the memory cards, for example every month, each upload would be a different deployment in the same 'placename'.  So yes you should create a new deployment for each batch of images you upload, although you don't need to literally do it weekly, just whatever is convenient for your camera checks and workload. 

 I'm not sure about the analytics requirement.
