Photos are not showing up in Identify or Catalogued

When me (editor) and two other contributors are opening WI and click on identify or look at catalogued images they have come up as light gray or white images instead of the photo image. The white ones appear to be AI identified as blank and the ones that were AI identified to species are gray. I can filter by deployment and add bursts and it sorts the number of images but I still can only see the gray or whited out images.  This seems to occur on and off. Any idea of what may be going on or how to fix it.
