Hello, I’m experiencing persistent performance issues with the Wildlife Insights platform.
I can log in and access my projects, but the entire website feels unusually slow and heavy. At first, I thought the problem was related to a specific project, but the same issue occurs with all projects I access.
To rule out local issues, I have already tried:
Different Wi-Fi networks
Different browsers
Different devices
Even creating a new account
The problem persists in all cases.
What’s unusual is that the platform seems to work normally for short periods of the day (about 1–2 hours), and then becomes completely unresponsive again. This has been happening for the last five days, and it’s preventing me from working properly because the site becomes practically unnavigable.
Could you please check if there is any ongoing issue with the servers or if there is something else happening on the platform?
