Hello everyone!
I’m facing an issue with my images. Some images, across different deployments, did not have the date automatically computed by the platform. As a result, within the same deployment there are images with the taken date and others showing “date is not available.” However, to identify which ones are missing the date and manually add it, I currently have to go through each photo one by one and check the metadata.
My question is: is there a way to filter only the images that do not have a date available, so I don’t have to check each photo individually? Alternatively, is it possible to fix this issue in bulk for the images that are missing the date? I’ve already tried filling in the date for one image and clicking the option “apply to the next images,” but it didn’t work.
Thank you!
Hi Millena,
Filtering for images without dates on the platform currently isn't possible. You can download your data and filter the images.csv file by the timestamp column to identify images with missing dates, but you'll still need to correct those timestamps manually.
Additionally, verify first that the image files you uploaded contain correct timestamp metadata. If they do, check the Uploads tab in your project to confirm your image upload successfully completed.
Best,
