Unable to save identification: wait for CV analysis error

Hi all, has anyone else hit a problem in the last couple of days with an error similar to the below when trying to tag images? This is happening on multiple projects with images which were uploaded weeks/months ago, some of which have already been tagged to species level and are now being ID'd to individual level. We've tried from multiple computers & accounts and waiting 24h or so and trying again - any guidance appreciated!
