We are experiencing an issue with the end date of a deployment. Due to a typo, the end date was set to 20205-06-20, and we believe this extra digit is causing a system bug.

We have identified the incorrect deployment. However, when we try to locate it in the deployment list—either by searching for its name or by browsing through the pages—the following error appears:
Because of this error, we are unable to fix the date ourselves. Could a developer please help us resolve this issue?
