Access to public images

Hi,

I can not access public images. I tried with several projects, including for example the Störungsökologie project. I even tried with two accounts, one with my professional email address and another one with my personnal gmail address.

In the images.csv file, in the column location, the informations do not match what is in the Data-Use-and-Citation-Guide.pdf file, where it says there should be something like gs://<project_name>/deployment/... .

When I try to access an image with the link in this column (e.g. app.wildlifeinsights.org/download/2003050/data-files/7961c3d5-5d82-4f31-95fa-b930fe6e29b6) ; I am taken to app.wildlifeinsights.org/explore . I've seen on the forum it also happened to someone else (in this conversation), and a colleague of mine tried as well and had the same issue.

You should be able to access the public images now. For all others with this issue, send us a private message at in...@wildlifeinsights.org and we'll make sure you have access while we sort out the underlying issue.

I am having the same issues.  When I download images, I am redirected to app.wildlifeinsights.org/explore and am unable to access any images.  Please advise on how I should proceed.

I would like to inquire about how to filter projects with downloadable public images that have links in the format of gs://<project_name>/deployment/.... I didn't see an option for this in the "Explore Data" module.
