I really need help with an issue. I noticed that some images that had already been uploaded and cataloged in a deployment are no longer on the platform, as if they had been deleted. However, I did not perform any deletion activity, and the images were not marked as blank either. I need help to understand what might have happened. I am concerned because part of my dataset is stored only directly on Wildlife Insights, and I became worried since some images are no longer appearing in the deployment. Could you please help me?

Hi Millena,
Any project owner can delete images within a project.
If you believe no one removed these images, please email us at in...@wildlifeinsights.org with your project ID, project name, and the IDs of the affected deployments. Additionally, please include specific examples of image files you uploaded that you can no longer find in your deployment, and we will investigate.
