Hi,

I have been trying to connect to my account today but it keep saying the following message:

"An error occurred on the server, while fetching the participant data('getParticipant' api)."

Not sure what is going on, it was working perfectly one month ago. I could not find a way to connect to my account since then.

I'm also getting this error; it worked fine a couple of hours ago. I would assume, given it's an API problem it is on the Wildlife Insights side.
