Hi everyone,
I am currently running a project studying the annual activity patterns of the European roe deer and wanted to do a preliminary analysis. However, I’m running into an issue with my data appearing in the Analytics tab.
Here is my situation:
March data: Uploaded in early April. Fully identified and visible in Analytics.
April data: Uploaded mid-May. Fully identified but not visible in Analytics.
May data: Uploaded today (June 1st). Fully identified but not visible in Analytics.
According to my project details, the last update was on May 18th, so I expected at least the April data to be included by now.
Additionally, under the data availability section, it says the next scheduled update is "11/05". I have a few questions regarding this:
Date Format: Is this format MM/DD (November 5th) or DD/MM (May 11th)? If it is May 11th, it seems the automated update is lagging behind.
Settings/Deployments: Is there a specific setting I might have missed? Could this delay be related to how the timeframes for my deployments are set up?
Processing Time: Is it normal for recent data (even if already identified) to take this long to sync with the Analytics platform?
I would appreciate any insights or advice on how to get the analytics to refresh.
