Didn't receive email with download link

I made a request for the following data:

•         timespan: { start: "2024-10-31T00:00:00.000Z", end: "2024-11-01T00:00:00.000Z"}
•         countries: ["JP"]
•         species: Cervus nippon

        
After processing I got a prompt message stating "A link to download your data has been sent to andresmanuelm...@gmail.com", but I received no email afterwards. I´ve had the same result making several similar requests. Could I please receive some guidance or help with this issue.
