Despite being put in my ear's exclusion list, WF 26.1.2 (i know but this is proof-of-concept and it's the last pre-jakarta version... right?) keeps adding it which throws errors during json unmarshalling.
why is this happening and how do I force it to stop?

I'm also seeing repeated messages in the log that the excluded module and subsystem in xml file does not exist... repeatedly.
One of which is the commons lang3 and my app needs a newer version so I excluded the servers.
