WildFly 26.1.3.Final is available for download

Yesterday we published a small bug fix release in the WildFly 26 series, WildFly 26.1.3.Final. The zips and tars are available at https://www.wildfly.org/downloads/ and updated container images have been published in the various repositories under https://quay.io/wildfly. The purpose of the release was to pull in a couple component upgrades that address CVE-2022-46364, CVE-2022-42003 and CVE-2022-42004.
