Caching Realm is not getting triggered

Hi Team, 

 I want to implement the cache to reduce the LDAP hits and I have configured the application as per Elytron documentation but not sure why the cache is not getting triggered as I am seeing "No CachedIdentity to restore".

I have added my deployment script, server log with TRACE enabled and final standalone-full-ha.xml. Can you please let me know if any extra configuration is needed or something is missing to trigger the cache-Realm.
