Hi all,

I've run into a potential bug in Undertow session management and I'm
trying to submit this as a bug report on Jira. However, I'm unable to
access Jira in any way. In a clean browser (cleared all
history/cookies/etc) I can access
https://redhat.atlassian.net/jira/projects, but I'm not allowed to
create tickets. When I login using my gmail account, I can't even view
this list anymore. I've tried creating a new account. This let's me
login and view the projects list, but still the create button says I'm
not authorized and need to login. How do I create a ticket on the
Undertow Jira? I've created tickets before, but the Red Hat Jira used
to authenticate to the Red Hat portal if I'm not mistaken.

Best regards,
Emond

PS. I've attached the contents of the ticket and the testcase. But
still, I would like to report this issue myself.

Hi Rio,

This brought me one step further, but I still can't create a ticket
for Undertow. The only options available to me are: FUSETOOLS2, GAL,
IPT, GTPEINFRA, RHELTEST, RHEPM, RHPARTNER, SECDATA, WFCI and WFGP. If
I open the Undertow space and click 'Create', I get the error 'You
cannot create issues in this project'. I tried both with my company
account emond.p...@topicus.nl and my freshly created
emond.papega...@gmail.com. Both give the same result.

Best regards,
Emond

PS, sorry Rio, I accidentally replied to you directly. So I'm
reposting to the list.

Hello Emond,

I recommend removing cookies for both Atlassian & RedHat domain.

Hi Rio,

I tried. All of this is after clearing all cookies and history and
with my freshly created account.

Hello Emond,

I recommend contacting Atlassian support then.

Hi!
I had the same issue. Looks like they did some migration and old accounts were corrupted.
What I did - created a new account with my personal email and asked tech support to recover my "old" account. After they did that, I was able to create tickets.
Hope it helps

It seems to be one big mess at the moment. None of my colleagues are
able to create tickets either. We all get all kinds of different
errors. It's not just old accounts that got corrupted, new accounts
can create tickets either. Shouldn't reporting bugs on these projects
be open to everyone? As far as I remember, it has always been possible
for the community to report bugs, without any prior approval.

I already submitted a support request, but still waiting for a response.

I don't know if support did something with my account or if it got
fixed automatically, but I've managed to file the bug report at
undertow now (after clearing cookies one more time and opening the
'for-you' link): https://redhat.atlassian.net/browse/UNDERTOW-2749
Thanks for the help!
