WildFly 30 Release Delay

We have decided to delay the WildFly 30 Final release that was planned for today into next week in order to ensure that we have appropriately handled the HTTP/2 Rapid Reset issue (https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2023-44487). I'll provide a further update once we have a new target date.
