Batch Job Scheduling

I work in an environment where we've been using Talend to construct a lot of data integration batch jobs, and the Talend Administration Center to schedule and run them. I've been curious about alternative stacks. I'm aware of a scheduling subsystem in WildFly/JBOSS that allows you to set cron-like rules to execute batch jobs, but does any sort of web-based GUI for it exist like you would find in the Talend Job Conductor?
