WildFly 41.0.0.Final is now available!

The WildFly 41.0.0.Final feature-packs are now available in Maven, with the server zips and tars available at https://www.wildfly.org/downloads.

We've added new JDK 25 cloud images, improved our bootable jars, promoted a number of preview features to higher stability levels, enhanced clustering behavior, moved to Hibernate ORM 7.4 and updated a number of components to resolve CVEs.

Note that with the introduction of JDK 25 images we've stopped producing JDK 17 images.

Something I forgot to mention in the release announcement is that we have stopped deploying tar.gz files to Maven Central for our pre-built installations (e.g. org.wildfly:wildfly-dist). Maven Central quite reasonably imposes limits on the size of upload bundles used when publishing a release, and the size of the WildFly release bundles was far over the limit, particularly since the introduction of WildFly EE 10 and its pre-built installations . The zip artifacts are still available. You can still get tar.gz files from https://wildfly.org/downloads or the GitHub release page for a release.
