Hello world,

I've prepared and attached two documents. One is the responses we got out of the breakout groups during the general membership meeting. The other is a list of projects that any of you who are interested can work on this semester (and into the future).

They range from pretty easy (invite your professors to dinner!) to very involved (creating a new central-level position to help support the Health Workers in house-level education). There will be central-level support for all these projects, so don't worry about being overwhelmed by any of them. A lot of them are already in the works, but could use a little more energy from you. I think that most of these projects can reasonably be completed by the end of the semester. Please let me know by Sunday night if you want to work on a project.

Finally, I think this list is pretty comprehensive but if you have any ideas that aren't here, let me know and we'll develop it.

I was really glad to see so many people willing to invest some of their energy back into the co-ops. It bodes well for our future.

-Daniel
