Setting up a Wiki

Hi Graham,

I was wondering if you'd thought of setting up a wiki, so we can begin
to write down ideas about what the features and interfaces of Wildcat
might be like in the future, and perhaps we can converge on an agreed
specification?

Setting up a wiki is a great idea. Would you be comfortable having it
integrated into the existing Wildcat wiki or would you want it stand-
alone?
