Hi all,

 

Wonderful work done by AKshay.

 

The report looks very nice.Some suggestions from my side

 

1.We could for every module like leave planner state the advantages .

for eg leave planner removes the confusion and all employees can plan their leaves without the client /company suffering

This would drive home the point that IT played a huge role in simplifying HR systems.

 

2.Some of the advantages we can pick up from the case studies we have done so far

 

3.We can add more stuff like how IT helped HR from book/case studies done in class.(The stuff sir always discusses in class).

 

4.We can cook up some challenges the company would have faced
