HK woman as human rights victim by Pakistan

I’m Ms Jennifer Chim(British National of Hong Kong)from a victim of
crimes by Pakistan. I am a founder of Voice of victims Organization. I
have been being a lot of sufferings by Pakistan since 2004. This
traumatic case deliberately composed by some of the Pakistanis
wherein, as per the information available video internet. This case
indicates a gross violation of UNDHR for arbitrary arrest, unlawful
detention, and enforced disappearance, violence against a woman,
torture and inhuman treatment, racial and religious discrimination,
deprivation of victim's rights and a murder attempt against my life by
shooting.
During 2004, I was a business woman as a representative of Company to
file a legal suit against a fraud in Islamabad (Pakistani Usman Uppal
as the Defendant).Pakistani criminals(Uppal) co-operated with their
own town in Gujranwala Deputy Inspector General and criminal Judge to
pressurize me to give up the legal case and for further more money. So
therefore, a serious of Human Rights Violation happened against to
me.

I have all relevant documents concerning my human rights violations by
Pakistani government. However, Pakistani government has no any
intention for five years to terminate such horrible persecution and
tortures against me. Even after I met and directly talked to the
Chairman of Pakistan Senate in Parliament House, Advisor to Prime
Minister in her office and the Director General of National Police
Bureau in 2005.
I have Queen Elizabeth’s concern letter and UK Prime Ministers’
letters about my case; UK and Chinese governments have delivered
Diplomatic Notes to Pakistani government and I also have handed the
files of my human rights violations directly to the Office of High
Commissioner for Human Rights inside the United Nations. I have done a
lot in 5 years to get my dignity and human rights violated by
Pakistani government.
This is a unique case for a foreign woman victim fighting for justice
from Pakistan to the United Nations with iron evidence by Pakistani
High Court and National Police Bureau. It is very important and unique
case with 4 countries and 5 governments to involve it, even with the
United Nations.
If Pakistan ignores social ethics, Islamic Commandments, state
Constitution or even UN international Laws to constantly torture a
foreign woman by a falsified criminal charge fabricated to support
Pakistani Muslim’s frauds, this verifies that Pakistan state leaders
must have lost conscience and cannot distinguish between moral and
evil.
If Jennifer's case with solid evidence cannot get justice by Pakistani
Constitution or UN international laws, who else can get JUSTICE in the
world? IF UN Human Rights Council member state like Pakistan can
arbitrarily violate human rights of individuals without any
punishment, the remark that “Everyone, everywhere enjoy human rights”
by Ban Ki-moon, Secretary-General will be an empty slogan. Who can
tell the people there is JUSTICE in the world?
As a Human Rights Org/Activist, please support & help from all your
channels to highlight Jennifer Chim’s case as a woman victim’s battle
to fight for dignity and justice in which I shed my blood and life in
these years to fight for my dignity and to verify that there must be
JUSTICE in the world or exactly to show how mankind fight against evil
for Freedoms and Rights as well as for Justice and Peace, even to
create awareness about such horrible human rights status in the world.
Ultimately providing a platform for the suffering people and educate
about human rights to all people in the world.
