It appears http://boodebr.org/ is "Offline temporarily" which means
that wikklytext is challenging to install with easy_install or pip,
because wikklytext wants boodebr and pypi's index has a remote
download url (at boodebr.org) rather than just letting pip etc get the
tarball from pypi itself.

I assume this temporary but if its not, let me know and I can help
with updating packages or providing hosting to keep things going:
TiddlyWeb's tiddlywebwiki package continues to depend on wikklytext as
the default server-side renderer for wikitext to HTML.

Meanwhile on larger installations[1] there's a new thing called
twikifier[2] which wraps the TiddlyWiki formatter in some nodejs
bookend code, replacing wikklytext.

Sorry about that, I was having a load issue with another site I have
hosted there so took it down temporarily. I have upgraded the server
now so I put it back online.
