WikklyText 1.9.3-TEST released

Here is another -TEST version getting ready for 2.0. If you are
running a wiki server and have not yet upgraded, I encourage you to
give it a try. Things are looking stable for me so I may make a 2.0
soon and don't want anyone caught by surprise.

Changes:
* Removed "wik makeboot" command; no need for it anymore with new
server frontend.
* Added --frontend option to wik to select server type for
standalone use.
* Reworked camelword parsing again. Was not correctly recognizing
camelwords when mixed with punctuation, like (CamelWord).
* You can pass a context parameter to WikklyText_to_InnerHTML()
and WikklyText_to_XML() now to specify your own WikContext. Reworked
WikContext cloning to better support subclassing.
