This release has two new interesting (at least to me :-) features:
* Plugins can now attach arbitrary WSGI applications to the wiki. I
initially added this so I could call back into the wiki via
XMLHttpRequest from javascript, but you can do anything a WSGI
application can do.
* You can define macros that receive the WSGI environment. The major
benefit of this is that macros defined this way can now access the
entire wiki. Note this only works when running under the wiki - the
bare rendering library has no concept of a wiki.
I also threw in some bugfixes for fun.
