Hi Galen,
I've just finished reading through this Ill-Structured Problem Solving approach, and well, I really like it, it coincides with my own work and research.
So I was wondering if you and I could have a chat about ISP's and how to effectively solve them, and what we in industry have figured out.
I think I have something for you folks who work in the Instructional Design field, but I'm an industry practitioner, which makes me a bit different, but I do have some really good data to help further the cause of better problem solving training in academia / education as well as for the private and public sectors.
