Hello,

What measures are in place to ensure that WikiTrust is accessible to
blind and visually impaired people who rely on screen readers as well
as to those sighted people who are color-blind?

Hi Darrell,

You ask a good question. So far, this is still just a research
project -- I'd expect that accessibility would become an issue if it's
incorporated into the Wikipedia.

As a partial idea: we use CSS classes to show the coloring, so perhaps
there is some way for screen readers to indicate the CSS for each
word? Or can we add something more to the CSS that would make this
usable?

Yes, good question.  Darrell, I do not know very much about accessibility; do you?  Would you have suggestions?  Or developers we can talk to?

An idea: perhaps Sri Kurniawan would find this interesting?  Maybe she would be an ideal person to involve; she did quite a bit of work on accessibility.
