- 38 million of the 43.7 million people on WikiTree are now connected in a single web of family relationships.
The Canada Project invites you to:
- Help connect Ontario notables.

- WikiTree can be overwhelming and confusing. You don't have to go it alone! In fact, it's much more fun if you don't. One of the many member-to-member community offerings is Member Q&A via Zoom. There's a session tomorrow, Thursday, December 11, at 8pm EST.
- December 15-21 is DNA Week on WikiTree. Then Santa Week is coming to town. Help us plan activities.
- Our first WikiTree Challenge guest star of 2026 will be our old friend, AJ Jacobs, bestselling author of It's All Relative: Adventures Up and Down the World's Family Tree. Help us grow AJ's connections once again!
Member of the Week interview: Ontario genealogist Kathryn Lake Hogan joined WikiTree on 12 Dec 2010 — exactly 15 years ago!
"I'm a Trans Canada Orphan Trail guide. Trail guides help 'travelers' improve their skills, knowledge and understanding of the Canada Project, Canadian research, and WikiTree as a whole." —Kathryn
- 200 WikiTreers have reached an incredible milestone: 10,000+ connections within seven degrees!
