Wikifarms status

I think we should update (or create?) a list of wikifarms adding some relevant info about them.

I suggest the following fields:

* Wikifarm name
* Wikifarm url and url scheme
* Status (Good / Abandoned / In danger / Closing)
* Number of wikis
* Wiki engine
* Dump difficulty (Easy / Average / Hard)
