This is a minor release, mostly to provide some "hooks" to make it
easier for custom book style files to change the layout in hitherto
unanticipated ways. Release notes are at http://www.wikipublisher.org/wiki/ReleaseLog/20120215.
We now have a couple of example style files online at:
* http://www.wikipublisher.org/wiki/PressBooks/China
* http://www.wikipublisher.org/wiki/PressBooks/Harvard
Using these requires this latest release. Thanks to Hugh at PressBooks
for once again pushing the boundaries.
