Publish PDF 2.2.41 and Wikibook server 1.2.4 released

This is a minor maintenance release:

* improves treatment of long url text in footnotes (thanks to Vladimir)

* adds support for centered tables

* improves layout of div class=indent

* adds support for multiple paragraphs in article abstracts
