Wikibook PDF server version 1.1.11 released

This is a minor update that improves support for pressbooks. It also
includes experimental support for converting wikibook xml to docbook
(instead of pdf). Full support awaits completion of the work to
upgrade the tbdocbk.xsl file.

A new version of the harvard style file that takes advantage of the
features in this release is available at http://www.wikipublisher.org/wiki/PressBooks/Harvard

new feature in action.
