Publish PDF version 2.2.38 released with book sty file support

This is a minor update that lets authors upload and reference book.sty
files. It extends book metadata capabilities using the "style" text
variable.

Usage is (:style: Attach:book-style-file.sty :) on the book's trail
page.

Note that this requires a change to the latexpublishbook skin
template, as well as changes to cookbook/wikipublisher scripts.

The latest version can, as usual, be downloaded from the pmwiki.org/
wiki/Cookbook/PublishPDF page.
