Moving from TODO to Googles issue tracking system...

Hi,

For a long time we've been using a simple text file TODO to keep track
of bugs, todos and other things...
I've now deleted the file and moved all issues to Google Codes issue
tracking system...

I hope it's good, it should be easy to use... and as the amount of
issues raise it will help us keeping track of everything... Even closed
issues...

If you think it's a bad idea, just reply and we can discuss it... and
maybe revert it too :)

By the way, we're almost ready for release 1.0.0, I'd say one or two
days...
