Hi,

So far there are 10 upvotes and 0 downvotes which I think is encouraging. In general there is positive feedback with some nice suggestions:

1. Project's license. GPL v.3 is too restrictive for some code that could be added. Maybe Creative Commons is more appropriate.
2. Name: WikiPL is not indicative for what this site is about. I also own pypedia.com , so maybe it would be a good idea to change the project's name before it is.. too late.
3. The naming of the User articles. The problem with User_JohnDoe_foo is that it messed the indexing with all methods appearing in the U letter. Maybe foo_User_JohnDoe would be better. Or can it be done differently? Can we distinguish User with Admin methods with a nice naming scheme?
4. I should remove Argmax, Mean, Stadard Deviation, and other statistic methods that exist in numpy. (Or call numpy through these articles)

Suggestions?
cheers,
Alex

Hello, my name is Martín. I'm learning Python for my Master in Bioinformatics, the site come in handy. The name pypedia fits better I think.

Hi Martin, and thanks for your input.
I am in the process of changing the name. I would like to do it in a clean way, so variable names, constants, directories, documentation,... everything will be renamed. So keep in touch!

Cheers,
Alex
