How to input my metabolomics data

Hello,

I have a set of metabolomics data that was analyzed using metaboanalyst, I want to fetch them into pathvisio so I can visualize how the metabolites change in TCA cycle. Please help.

Hi Tuan,

You will need the BridgeDb metabolite database available here: https://data.bridgedb.org/gene_database/ (under Other ID mapping databases). Once you load the database in PathVisio, you should be able to import your data similarly to this  tutorial: https://pathvisio.org/tutorials/multi-omics-tutorial.html
