Hi Alex,
Indeed, this was my week. Was planning that for today. I hope that is fine.
Kind regards,
Marvin Martens
Hi all,
I completed the QA protocol.
Lots of new, good-looking pathways. For some, corrected unconnected lines, added ontology tags, and updated approved tags. No special remarks on most of the pathways, and search of new pathways works well.
One question on https://www.wikipathways.org/index.php/Pathway:WP4862 from Kristina: I guess it will be developed more as it is related to CoV, but in the last 30 days, not much happened
except from changing node styles. It is for the rest still a bunch of separate unconnected data nodes.
Next up: Daniela!
Kind regards,
Marvin Martens
Hi Alex,
yes, I should be able to find some time this week.
Best regards,
Daniela

Dear all,
Apologies for the delay, but here is my curation report:
Not too much things:
Mostly pathway edits by Egon and in pathways by Freddie. Also a bunch of tutorial/test pathways from last week. One of the people from the test pathways also made a nice one already, so I welcomed the author.
One question I have is what to do with this one?
https://www.wikipathways.org/index.php/Pathway:WP471
It's a classic old one, with low number of annotations and missing parts. Is it ready for deletion?
Next up: Daniela!
Best,

Dear all,
Curation report of this week:
No major issues. Mostly edits by Egon on clickable pathway nodes.
One user (ExperiMed / Maximillian Saller) has created a couple of pathways, but the references in these do not autopopulate with the author/title info. Probably he only fills the pmid and doesn't let PathVisio search the info (pubmed links are present).
Does anyone know this user?

Dear all,
Curation report (of last week):
Only very few edits, mostly by Freddie on genes that represent dates and a histone gene.
One interesting pathway is the 'return' of the bradykinin pathway which was made private some time ago, but now uploaded new? https://www.wikipathways.org/index.php/Pathway:WP5132
For the rest no remarks.
Next up: Daniela!
Best,
Marvin Martens
