Here's my admin curation report for the week of Aug 2 - Aug 8:

Pathways Under Construction

Marvin: Are these done?

Egon: A Daphnia manga pathway, looks nice but most xrefs are missing.

Incomplete Pathways / Under Construction

Does anybody know about these pathways, from students maybe?

• https://www.wikipathways.org/index.php/Pathway:WP5078 (missing description, some unconnected, needs layout help and lit refs)
• https://www.wikipathways.org/index.php/Pathway:WP5080 (Needs a better description, literature references and ontology tags.)
• https://www.wikipathways.org/index.php/Pathway:WP5079 (some minor things to do)
  

Featured Pathways

Lots of featured tags are outdated (70+) due to updates to the title, but if we are not planning to keep the Featured collection in the new repo, its not worth updating.

Search does not work! I need to double-check my instructions for resetting the indexer with Alex before proceeding since I've never actually done that step. If someone wants to reset the indexer in the meantime, please do.

Need to complete this one. Gene IDs should come from a database in Birmingham from a colleague of one of our project partners (cc-ed). That contact still needs establishing.
