Hi all,
Here's this weeks report:
1. Tons of recent changes, 849 changed pathways. So instead of clicking "Next" 849 times in the qa interface I reviewed this page for a faster overview:
https://www.wikipathways.org/index.php?title=Special:RecentPathwayChanges&limit=500Many changes are from the curation event, some new pathways and lots of changes from Eric Weitz, who is developing a tool using WikiPathways. He will be presenting in the next conference call. His changes are minor, often updating pathway title, and in addition to producing a very long list of recent changes, it also causes another problem.....
2. There are over 1000 pathways with outdated Approved/Featured tags. I did not even attempt to click on each one in the interface. Obviously we need a different approach for these, maybe a script to update them all based on a list of WPIDs? I will also contact Eric to ask him about this.
3. Under Construction:
Marvin: Is this one done ->
https://www.wikipathways.org/index.php/Pathway:WP5036Lauren: Is this one done ->
https://www.wikipathways.org/index.php/Pathway:WP5079Marvin: Is this one done and should be tagged as Adverse Outcome ->
https://www.wikipathways.org/index.php/Pathway:WP5091I also made a list of 8 pathways from a few authors that I will contact to see what the plan/status is. I will update tags once I hear back.
4. Deleted one pathway.
5. Search works!
Next up: Marvin
