Hi wikipathways-devel,

I ported rWikiPathways to Python and published the package on PyPI.

Some functions don't have docstring yet, and some functions for downloading gpml and reading / writing gmt have not been implemented, but most of the rWikiPathways functions have been ported to Python.
If you have any comments, please let me know.

By the way, this project is inspired by py4cytoscape for RCy3.

Regards,

Kozo Nishida

Thanks, Egon

Now I finished porting all (except for https://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/vignettes/rWikiPathways/inst/doc/Pathway-Analysis.html)
to pywikipathways.

All docs (==Jupyter Notebook[s]) are reproducible with Google Colab.

Now pywikipahtways has the examples, but it has not  had most docstring yet.
I welcome your contributions.

Kozo
