Have you always wanted to join the WikiPathways community but didn't know
where to start? On September 23-24, we will organize our third Curation
Jamboree. Curation events are open to all registered WikiPathways users, no
prior experience necessary! A chat room will be set up where you can
interact directly with WikiPathways developers and other community members.

WikiPathways are now at Wikipedia! Several interactive pathways have been
integrated into relevant Wikipedia articles. Pathway objects are linked
directly to relevant gene and metabolite articles.

= New Species =
WikiPathways now supports Sus scrofa (Pig) and Mycobacterium tuberculosis. A
handful of pathways are already up with more to come.
= CIRM portal =
The California Institute for Regenerative Medicine has partnered with
WikiPathways to bring a new mode of community-driven science to the stem
cell community. The new CIRM Portal within WikiPathways creates a point of
entry to pathways tagged as being relevant to the stem cell research
community. You can see the portal here: http://cirm.wikipathways.org/
= NETTAB conference =
WikiPathways will be presented at the NETTAB 2010 in late November in
Naples, Italy. So if you want to know more about WikiPathways or biological
wikis in general, check out the full program at http://www.nettab.org/2010/.
